But the process where you and your photographer explore why it feels hard,
what’s really behind that fear,
and how you can be supported —
that’s the first important step back to the best version of you.
The version of you that’s free from the fear of being judged by others.
“Just smile” is not my method.
As a photographer, I don’t believe confidence starts in front of the camera. It starts before the photoshoot. That’s why every session I create begins with my pre-session consultation — a space where you don’t have to perform, pose, or pretend you feel confident.
During this conversation, we don’t talk about “good sides” or perfect smiles.
We talk about you.
About what feels uncomfortable.
About past experiences that made you want to hide.
About the fear of being judged — by the camera, by others, or by yourself.
My role is not to tell you to relax or “just smile”.
My role is to listen, to understand, and to guide you — gently and without pressure.
This is where my work truly begins.
By learning what you need to feel safe, seen, and respected, I can support you step by step during the session:
• you don’t need to know how to pose
• you can take breaks
• you don’t have to smile if it doesn’t feel real
• every emotion is welcome
Confidence is not a requirement.
It’s a result.
This photoshoot is not about proving anything.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself — in your body, in the moment, with your horse — free from fear and judgment. And that first conversation?
It’s often the moment when women realize they don’t need to change who they are to be seen as beautiful.

If you’ve been dreaming about a photoshoot but fear keeps holding you back
— start with a conversation.
Send me a DM with the word “CONSULTATION” and let’s see how I can support you,
step by step 🙂
Love,
Hanna
